Q: Do you deliver world-wide?
A: We can deliver our furniture to your door wherever you are in the world. The item will be packaged securely and will be fully insured. For international delivery we also secure the furniture in a customised wooden crate. Please contact us for quote.
Q. Can I collect or arrange delivery myself?
A: Yes, you are very welcome to collect your furniture in person, or to arrange your own delivery if preferred. Otherwise we use a local delivery company to deliver your furniture safely and securely to your door.
Q. Can other types of timber be used?
A. Yes, other types of timber can be used ranging from driftwood to your own individual preference. Walnut, Cherry, Mahogany, Elm, and Scottish Burr Pippy Oak are just a few examples, and driftwood pieces are a favourite in our workshop. Please browse our range of furniture for inspiration and contact us if you have a particular timber in mind.
Q. How much of a deposit do I need to pay?
A. Deposits are around 10% of the total amount and this confirms your order and the waiting time. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Q. Do you have furniture available?
A. We always have furniture available in our workshop. Please browse our range of available now items and feel free to ask for further details as some items are regularly being made in our workshop.
Q. Do you have a waiting list?
A. Waiting times vary, and some items require no waiting time if they are available now, or in the making stages. Please ask for further information or if you have a particular date in mind.
Q. Do you do workshop visits?
A. Yes, visitors are always welcome to come along and witness a craft centuries in the making. We are open all year round. For larger group visits it would be helpful if you could arrange a time with us in advance so we can make sure we can spend plenty of time with you. Visits can also be pre-arranged outside of normal opening hours but please contact us to make sure we are here.
Q. I have a special date in mind, can you meet this?
A. We can usually have your furniture ready for requested dates, such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions. Please contact us with your details and we will try our best to accommodate you.
