My chair has arrived and it is beyond my expectations, it is stunningly beautiful and fits me perfectly, the Maclean coat of arms in the drawer is perfect. Your delivery man was very kind and kept me fully informed and arrived when he said he would. The packaging was 'exceptional' (is there any brown packaging tape left in the north of Scotland?). Thank you does not really seem adequate. I hope to be able to visit and thank you in person one day.

Just to say that we are very pleased with our chair. It looks great in our new room and is very comfortable - the cat thinks so too, but we won't encourage that! It is good that you are carrying on with the tradition.
